Tyler McNeil is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Catalyst City Development. Mr. McNeil is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm, adherence to the firm’s core investment philosophy, and investor relations. Mr. McNeil has broad real estate experience including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing and strategic consulting. Prior to forming Catalyst City, Mr. McNeil was a Managing Director with Black Bear Asset Management “BBAM” in New York City. At BBAM, he was responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential equity and debt opportunities and running the firm’s operations and investor relations. Prior to BBAM, Mr. McNeil was a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield. In 2014, Mr. McNeil was named one of the Commercial Observer’s 30 under 30.

Tyler graduated with honors from Boston College. He is currently a board member of Hickory Bark LLC and a member of the Claneil foundation. He is an avid tennis player, runner, skier and golfer.

Brian Zoubek is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Catalyst City Development. Mr. Zoubek is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm, overseeing new acquisitions, construction, and management of existing portfolio properties. Before beginning his own investment career, Mr. Zoubek worked at Cushman & Wakefield under the Chairman of Global Brokerage, Bruce Mosler. Mr. Zoubek holds a Master’s in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. He has been investing in real estate since 2011 and currently maintains a portfolio of multifamily and mixed use buildings in both Philadelphia and the Lehigh Valley.

Brian is a graduate of Duke University where he was starting center for the 2010 Men’s Basketball National Championship team.
