Catalyst City Development purchased the original house, 1928 N Hancock, in 2Q2018. After an extensive variance process which included subdividing the large side yard into five additional lots, Catalyst City Development built five new homes on the property. The new construction development featured three homes on Palethorp Street and two homes on Hancock Street. The Palethorp homes are 2,589 SF with 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, finished basements, a roof deck, and a front garage. The Hancock homes are 2,712 SF with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, finished basements, and a roof deck. Hancock Five sold out in 2020.
