Catalyst City Development purchased the site in 3Q2018. Catalyst worked with a local architecture firm to plan and design 15 homes and a 6-unit mixed-use building. Each of the 15 homes are 2,110 SF with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, finished basements, and a roof deck. Fifteen on Hope was completed and sold out in 2020.
