Catalyst City Development purchased the site at 1926 N 2nd in 1Q2018. The three-unit, 3,596 SF condominium was completed in 1Q2019. The project’s large windows, modern floorplans, and professionally designed finishes make this an excellent addition to the Norris Square neighborhood. The building was sold in 2020.
