Catalyst City Development purchased 2311-13 Frankford in 2Q2018 as part of a sale-leaseback with the property’s retail tenants. 2311-13 Frankford is a five-unit, mixed-use property that was anchored by two neighborhood landmarks. In addition to the property’s retail tenants, 2311-13 Frankford has three leased apartment units. Catalyst City Development sold the building in 2019.
