Catalyst City Development purchased the two sites in 2Q2019 and 4Q2019. After an extensive variance process, approval for the development was obtained in Q42020. The development features five larger homes with rear parking as well as four smaller homes with no parking. The larger homes are each four story, 2,900SF with 3 bedrooms, 1 office, 3.5 baths, and an interior garage. The smaller homes are each three story, 2,250SF with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, finished basements, and a roof deck. Abigail Nine was completed and sold out in 2022.
